Felaboration 2015:See full list of Artiste to perform.


The preparation Felabration 2015 has revved
up
with the organizers releasing the list of artites
that will perform this year.
The annual celebration themed: ‘Just Like
That’
will hold from October 12th and October 18th
2015 and
as expected, this year edition will parade top
of
the Nigerian acts which include Davido, Wizkid,
Femi Kut,i Falz, Olamide, Iyanya, Tekno, Waje,
Burna Boy, Kiss Daniel ,and many others.
The event will begin with a symposium on
topical
issues which will hold at Neca House, street
parades, photo exhibitions and musical
performances at the New Afrika Shrine in
Alausa,
Ikeja.
Artists set to hit the stage on Monday
include: Simi, Praiz, Peppenazi, Sossi, Teeblaq,
Adol, Chinko Ekun, Danagog, Kemi Katz, Yun
K,
Emmerson, Prince Banton, Bolaji Da Boy. Dolu,
Ketchup, Henry Knight, Minjin, Xplosion, Jaiye

Felabration is a celebration of the life and
times
of the Afrobeat icon, Fela Anikulakpo
Ransome-
Kuti . It chronicles his ideals and everything he
lived for.
The event was conceived in 2008 by Fela’s
eldest child, Yeni Kuti, fondly referred to as
YK.
The event holds during the week of Fela’s
birthday.

Prof Wale Oke, the Chief Medical Director (CMD) of Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH has called on men to stop competing with their babies to suck the wives’ breast. Oke urged his fellow men to allow their babies to enjoy their natural meal. He spoke yesterday at the World Breastfeeding Week (WBW). The programme was organised by LASUTH Community Health Department in conjunction with the hospital’s Pediatrics. According to him, the benefits of exclusive breastfeeding were many. He said: “When a mother breastfeeds her baby, it creates bond between them. It is also a natural family mechanism. Breast-feeding mothers do not have bone diseases, breast and ovarian cancers”.  French journalist alleges French journalist and TV host Estelle Denis has made some eye popping allegations against Real Madrid footballer, Cristiano Ronaldo. Denis says Cristiano Ronaldo's frequent trips in his private jet to Morocco is because he is in a gay relationship with kickboxer boxer Badr Hari and also claimed the superstar footballer has had cosmetic surgery on his nose. Denis’ comments followed a report that Ronaldo’s recent behaviour was “causing concern” at Real Madrid. The report hinted that officials at the football club frowned up the player’s frequent visits to Morocco and damaging his performances on the pitch. “Ronaldo takes three or four jets a week to see a friend in Morocco to cuddle,” he said, leading to shocked gasps from the audience.
